Inspection Report Comments: <br /> A focused inspection was conducted on 9/21/22 with Robert McClellon (RENS, Program Coordinator), Sandip Singh <br /> (REHS) and Jagroop Singh (property owner) at the site. Compliance standards were discussed. Mr. Jagroop Singh <br /> agreed to the following: <br /> -to secure cargo containers to prevent unauthorized access. <br /> -to fill excavated areas with soil. <br /> -to repair the perimeter fences to prevent unauthorized access. <br /> -to dispose of solid waste and hazardous waste at an authorized location. <br /> -the waste tires will be stacked and covered to prevent mosquito breeding and/or disposed of at an approved location. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. There is slow progress of the clean-up of the site. <br /> 2. The front gate to the facility was closed to prevent unauthorized access. <br /> 3. Maintain vegetation to a minimum to prevent fires. <br /> 4. No changes were observed from the last inspection. If progress is not observed at the next quarterly inspection then <br /> an Administrative Office Hearing will be scheduled at a fee of$304. <br /> CalRecycle Solid Waste Information System(SWIS) 2 of 2 <br />
