Several areas on the property were excavated and burn activity was noticed on the southeast corner. This is <br /> an ongoing issue—continuation of violation. A focused inspection will be conducted within 45 days. <br /> a. Remove and dispose of solid waste at an approved disposal site. <br /> b. Fill excavated areas with clean soil. <br /> c. Refrain from burning. Burn activity requires a permit. <br /> 21800 S Manteca Rd., Manteca CA—Owner Dennis & Helen De Kidos: <br /> Wood waste, waste tires, scrap metals, inoperable vehicles and other junk are stored at the site. Exposed waste <br /> in the form of glass fragments were visible throughout the property. A large amount of manure and a heavy fly <br /> population were observed near the northeast fence. This is an ongoing issue—continuation of violation. A <br /> focused inspection will be conducted within 45 days. <br /> a. Remove and dispose of wood waste, waste tires, scrap metals, inoperable vehicles, and all other junk at an <br /> approved location. <br /> b. Cover exposed waste with clean soil. <br /> c.
