Closed Disposal Site Inspection Report (188) <br /> Snyders Sanitary Garbage Disposal Site (39-CR-0031) <br /> 3/11/2024 <br /> 1. Remove trailer from the property. Remove debris near trailer. <br /> 2. This property is one part of the disposal site. Property owner srould prevent the <br /> public from contacting the waste. This property has been referred to San Joaquin <br /> County Code Enforcement. <br /> 3. The owner contacted the LEA on March 11, 2024, and stated that the trailer will be <br /> removed from the property on April 17, 2024. <br /> 4. If the trailer is not removed by the end of April 2024, then the LEA may move <br /> forward with enforcement action. <br /> 27 CCR 20530 - Site Security <br /> 23021 S. Santa Fe Rd., Escalon. Owner/Operator Afzal <br /> A portion of the fence area near the entrance is knocked down and several sections <br /> along Santa Fe Rd. providing easy access to the public for illegal <br /> dumping. Continuation of violation. <br /> 1. Make the necessary repairs to fence to provide site security. <br /> 2. The owner contacted the LEA on March 11, 2024 and stated the fence will be <br /> repaired during the week of March 17, 2024. <br /> 3. If this violation is not corrected, by the end of April 2024, then the LEA may move <br /> forward with enforcement action. <br /> No Areas of Concern <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> A quarterly inspection was conducted on March 11, 2024, and the following was noted: <br /> Notes: <br /> 23021 S. Santa Fe Rd., Escalon. Owner/operator-Afzal: <br /> 1. Vegetation is overgrown between the road and the entrance ate to theproperty. <br /> 9 9 g <br /> Operator is to maintain vegetation to prevent a potential fire hazard. <br /> 2. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure _and Uses (PCLU) for <br /> this site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. <br /> Pursuant to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be <br /> submitted to the LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), the local air <br /> district and local land use agency for review and approval prior to commencing any <br /> construction or pre-construction activities for such PCLU. <br /> 3.
