Owner- Rhodes, Padilla, Castaneda: <br /> Access was given to the property; gate was unlocked for inspection. <br /> 1. Observed ponding in 2 areas of the property. Ponding observed on dirt path near the <br /> entrance gate. Ponding observed in the southwest portion of the parcel. Grade the areas <br /> to promote lateral runoff and to prevent future ponding. <br /> 2. Vegetation is overgrown near the entrance gate to the property. Operator is to maintain <br /> vegetation to prevent a potential fire hazard. <br /> 3. Appropriate permits shall be obtained prior to any installation of new water supply wells. <br /> 4. T27CCR, Section 21200 requires that CalRecycle and EHD are notified at least 45 days <br /> prior to the sale or transfer of the property. <br /> 5. Owner should notify the EHD prior to any site activities. <br /> 6. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLU) for <br /> this site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. <br /> Pursuant to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be <br /> submitted to the LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), the local air <br /> district and local land use agency for review and approval prior to commencing any <br /> construction or pre-construction activities for such PCLU <br /> 22865 S.
