Other waste that was mentioned on the previous inspection report was concrete on <br />top of the cover along the southern fence line, rolled piece of chain link fence, various <br />pieces of wood waste from the fence, metal pieces, and an exposed tire. It was not <br />possible to verify the presence of this waste due to the vegetation height. <br />1. Remove all surface waste from the property and take to an appropriate disposal <br />facility. <br />27 CCR 20750 - Site Maintenance <br />Violation - All 3 parcels (APNs 17517018, 17517019, 17519001) - Sucha Sihota and <br />Jamsher Singh <br />Observations: <br />1. Vegetation on all 3 parcels was overgrown and dry. The current condition of the <br />vegetation on site is causing a fire hazard. <br />Corrective Actions: <br />1. While measuring VW-6D, flow to the pump was restricted after one minute of <br />measuring, and a landfill gas measurement was not able to be recorded. <br />2. While measuring VW-7D, flow to the pump was restricted after two minutes of <br />measuring, and a landfill gas measurement was not able to be recorded. <br />Corrective Action: <br />1.
