At the eastern fence line, there is a section of the fence that is broken and has <br />partially fallen. Broken fence can be used for unauthorized access on to the property. <br />Corrective Action: <br />1. Eastern fence line of this parcel, there are fence boards missing from the fence that <br />can allow for unauthorized access to the site. <br />Corrective Action: <br />1. Repair site security to prevent any unauthorized access to the property. <br />Inspection Report Comments <br />A routine quarterly inspection was conducted on 3/27/26 and the following was noted: <br /> <br />Notes: <br />1. Met with Sucha Sihota (owner of APNs 17517018 and 17517019) on site. Property owner <br />prefers that the LEA conduct inspections at their convenience and does not require <br />notification, as he does not need to be on site for the quarterly inspections. <br />2. Measurement of the vent pipes showed the vent pipes are working as intended. Methane <br />readings for vent pipes listed below. <br />3. Annual Landfill Gas monitoring report for 2025 was received by LEA. Report dated 1/5/26. <br />Report indicated that all of the wells returned methane measurements of 0.0% <br />4.
