Submit proposed changes to <br />the Environmental Health Department for approval before making changes to the facility (including the floor <br />repairs/replacement). A body art facility shall comply with HSC Section 119314. Floors and walls must be smooth, <br />nonabsorbent, free of open holes, and washable. <br />7. During the inspection, Faustino stated he may potentially bring in another practitioner. Ensure the practitioner is <br />registered with the EHD before performing any body art procedures. Per HSC 119312, no body art facility shall allow a <br />practitioner who does not possess a valid practitioner registration to perform body art procedures at the facility. <br />
