The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for AAMCO TRANSMISSION as of December 19, 2023. Open violations from October 30, 2023 inspection Violation#1 -Failed to pay annual operating fees. OBSERVATION: Facility failed to pay annual operating fees. The facility has a balance of$4,489.26. ORDINANCE: Fees shall be paid once a year at the time of submittal of an inventory form. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately pay the annual fee to the EHD Accounting Office located at 1868 E Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, CA 95205. OBSERVATION: Per Vincent Kemp Vanee-Manager, he is unaware of what the Hazardous Materials Business Plan is.A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been implemented. REGULATION GUIDANCE: A Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP)shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of a hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for materials that are liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas, at standard temperature and pressure. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the required information, and submit for review by the EHD./Submit a statement/documentations to SJC EHD demonstrating that the HMBP has been established and implemented. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#9-Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)annually by the due date, January 15.The business plan (facility information and chemical inventory)was last submitted on March 27, 2019.The Emergency response and training plan was last submitted on March 14, 2019. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year.
