The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for AAMCO TRANSMISSION as of December 19, 2023. OBSERVATION: During the inspection, manager stated that Environmental Contact/Secondary Emergency Contact Sean Rodgers has not been working at the facility for at least 30 days.The business has not updated and submitted the information within 30 days. The Emergency Response/Contingency Plan, dated 01/07/2019, lists Sean Rodgers as the alternate emergency coordinator. Manager stated Sean Rodgers has not worked at the facility for at least 30 days. The business has not updated and submitted the information within 30 days. The phone number listed on CERS for Owner/Primary Emergency Contact, 209-957-9221, has since been disconnected. The business has not updated and submitted the information within 30 days. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): a) A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. b) Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials c) A change of business or facility address d)Change business ownership e)Change of business name f)(1)A substantial change in the handler's operations occurs that requires modification to any portion of the business plan. (2)For the purpose of this subdivision, "substantial change" means any change in a facility that would inhibit immediate response during an emergency by either site personnel or emergency response personnel, or that could inhibit the handler's ability to comply with Section 25507 , change the operational knowledge of the facility, or impede implementation of the business plan.
