PA-2400223 (VR) & PA-2300266 (SU) -3- <br /> 9) A grading plan shall be submitted as a part of the improvement plans and approved prior to <br /> approval of the Final Map. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the <br /> California Building Code (CBC) Appendix J Section J104.2, complete drainage details and <br /> elevations of adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> (Grading that disturbs more than one acre will require a National Pollutant Discharge <br /> Elimination System permit.) <br /> 10) All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the latest edition of the Manual on Uniform <br /> Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), and/or San Joaquin County Standards and shall be <br /> shown on the improvement plans. (Development Title Section 9-608.010). <br /> 11) All utilities shall be underground except power transmission facilities of a 35 KV or greater. <br /> Public utility easements shall be provided along the road frontage of the subdivision and as <br /> required by the public utility companies. (Development Title Section 9-609.020). <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) At the time the parcels are developed, the developer shall provide drainage facilities in <br /> accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Standards. <br /> (ii.) Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one (1) acre of soil shall <br /> require a State NPDES construction permit. Dischargers whose projects disturb 1 or <br /> more acres of soil or whose projects disturb less than 1 acre of soil and is not part of a <br /> larger common plan of development, are required to obtain coverage under the current <br /> General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity. <br /> (iii.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito &Vector <br /> Control District (209-982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the <br /> prevention of mosquitoes.
