MODULE 1-4 <br /> 1. Drainage Ditches <br /> Existing drainage ditches will be inspected and cleaned of vegetation and debris. <br /> 2. Down Drains <br /> Existing down drains will be inspected and re-connected as needed. <br /> MODULE 5B-6 <br /> 1. Winter Pad <br /> A new winter pad has been constructed in Module 5B for refuse disposal during <br /> wet weather. The winter pad is constructed of recycled aggregate base and <br /> concrete rubble over compacted refuse. <br /> 2. Customer Haul Road <br /> The customer haul road from main paved access road has been extended to new <br /> winter pad (Figure 1). <br /> 3. Daily Cover Soil <br /> Daily cover soil has been stockpiled near the winter pad for winter operations. <br /> 4. Grading <br /> All finish grades of refuse lifts in Module 5B and 6 are graded with 2% slope to <br /> aid storm water runoff. <br /> 5. Drainage <br /> Soil berms will be installed along the downslope edges of Module 5B to control <br /> surface storm water runoff (Figure 1). Down drains will be installed at the end of <br /> the soil berms to convey storm water to the appropriate place. <br /> 6.
