If waste is not encountered during the investigation, soil <br />samples will not be preserved for analysis. Selected soil samples will be analyzed for <br />percent moisture, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) by EPA Method 8082 (Ultrasonic <br />EPA SW 846 Method 3550C extraction method), metals by EPA Method 6020, and <br />semi -VOCs including polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) by EPA Method 8270. <br />COMMENTS <br />Central Valley Water Board staff concurs with the scope of work presented in the Work <br />Plan. Please notify us at least 72 hours prior to the start of investigation activities to <br />facilitate Central Valley Water Board staff inspection of the work.
