(39 -CR -0022) <br />2/3/2022 <br />Inspection Report Comments <br />Conducted a quarterly inspection on this date and noted the following: <br />Notes: <br />17100 Murphy Parkway, Lathrop, CA. Owner- PW Fund B Development., LLC: <br />1. Site secured. <br />2. No site activity. <br />3. Vegetation levels were low west end of the lawn and moderate on the east end. <br />4. Burrows observed along perimeter fencing and on east end of grassy area. Implement <br />preventative measures to control rodent burrows. <br />17200 Murphy Parkway, Lathrop, CA. Owner -San Joaquin Cogen, LLC et al: <br />1. Vegetation levels were low. <br />2. Cracks observed on the concrete in cogen area. <br />3. Exposed glass were observed on the surface. <br />4. Ongoing site meeting with Patrick Frier (EPA Region 9), Alexis Illich (EPA),. Brian Millman <br />(Geologist), Kyle Cockerham (Regional Water Quality Control Board), Robert McClellon (SJC <br />EHD), and Pinne Chao (SJC EHD) regarding work plan for site sampling and trenching <br />locations. <br />500 East Louise Ave, Lathrop, CA. Owner -ASP/RWM Properties, LLC, R&B Louise, LLC and <br />R&B Delta LLC: <br />1. Vegetation levels were low -moderate. <br />2. Exposed glass observed on the surface. <br />3. No site activity. <br />4. Burrows were observed on the grassy area.
