208 <br />Observation: <br />C1 diesel e85 fuel alarm on 04/19/2023. <br />1. The C1 alarm on 04/19/2023 was NOT a fuel alarm, it was a sensor out alarm. (see attached <br />alarm history) <br />2. 1 wrote on the alarm history "LC Caused alarm" AND I attached a copy of LC Services work order <br />to my report. <br />3. The alarm was at 10:12 AM, LC Services was on site from 10:OOam—11:OOam that day as stated <br />on the work order I attached to my report. <br />See attached copy of alarm history & LC Services work order. <br />
