One (1) copy <br />of work <br />orders and photos <br />from Jones Covey <br />Group, Inc. <br />as supplementary <br />documentation <br />addressed: <br />The outline below <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />provides each of the inspector's <br />comments in <br />Italics exactly <br />as written, along with a <br />narrative response <br />describing how the comment was <br />addressed: <br />(CLASS /, CLASS ll, or MINOR —Notice to Comply) <br />Item #301 HSC 25292.1(a) <br />Failure to operate <br />UST system to prevent unauthorized releases Including <br />leaks, spills <br />and <br />overfills. <br />OBSERVATION: The fuel filters under the dispensers are not located to allow drips and <br />leaps to drain back into the UDC. This issue was observed in the 17/18, 19/20, 21/22, and <br />23/24 dispensers. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The underground storage tank system shag be operated to <br />prevent unauthorized releases. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide approved secondary containment for the <br />fitters under permit and inspection by the EHD. <br />This is a Class 11 violation. <br />Responso: Jones Covey Group, Inc, installed deflector plates inside the front row dispensers.
