Matthew Won <br />San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department -2- May 16, 2024 <br />Item #304 CCR 2631(a); HSC 25290.1(c) Failure to construct, operate, and maintain primary <br />containment as product -tight. <br />OBSERVATION: Liquid and buildup on plping visible on Wast -most plping in 3/4 dispenser <br />UDC, indicating a leak In the primary containment. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All primary containment for the UST system must be product <br />tight. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately have a properly licensed, trained, and certifled <br />contractor repair or replace the failed component(s), under permit and inspection of the <br />EHD if necessary, <br />This Is a repeat violation, Class 11, <br />Response: Jones Covey Group, Inc. shut down Dispenser#314, discovering old residue on the 87 product <br />line. The technician cleaned the old residue, tested the line, and found no sign of leaks. Enclosed are photos <br />oK the affected dispenser. <br />Item 9318 CCR 2635, 2637a It 2665, 2712 Failed to meet spill container requirements. <br />OBSERVATION: The 87A, 87B, and 91 sp1f1 container tailed when tested. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five <br />gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Technician replaced gaskets for each tank spill container, tested <br />and passed. This was corrected on site. <br />This Is a Class 11 violation. <br />Response: This violatlon was corrected onsite. <br />
