Remove surface waste and dispose of waste at an appropriate disposal facility. <br /> APN 19812005 - 17200 Murphy Pkwy Lathrop, CA 95330 <br /> Observations: <br /> 1. On this parcel there was litter observed throughout the property. Observed litter <br /> included a tire, litter from the makeshift shelter, and pieces of concrete. General litter <br /> was also observed on the southern half of the parcel. Make shift shelter had articles of <br /> clothing, wet cardboard boxes, blankets, a metal barrel that included a non-hazardous <br /> waste label. Within the barrel there was insulation and cardboard. Plastic bags and <br /> cups were also observed in this area. <br /> 2. Sand pile was dumped in the northern area of the property. <br /> Corrective Action: <br /> 1. Remove surface waste and litter noted and dispose at an appropriate disposal <br /> facility. <br /> 2. Remove the sandy material from the property as unauthorized dumping on the <br /> property is prohibited. <br /> 27 CCR 20530 - Site Security <br /> Area of Concern - 17200 Murphy Parkway Lathrop CA, 95330 (APN 19812005) <br /> Observations: <br /> 1. At the northern end of the parcel there was a sand/clay mixed pile that appears to be <br /> dumped on the property. The pile appears smooth and flat due to rain events that have <br /> smoothed out the material. Leading up to the pile there were observed tire tracks. <br /> Material appears to have been dumped on site. Unauthorized access and dumping on <br /> the site is prohibited. <br /> 2.
