At the southern end of where the old powerplant was located there was a small pile <br /> of solid waste that appeared to be covered in ashes. There was also a shopping cart <br /> with the bottom of the cart melted. <br /> All notes mentioned is evidence of unauthorized access to the property. <br /> Corrective Action: <br /> 1. Due to the illegal dumping and littering, it is necessary to improve site security to the <br /> property to prevent unauthorized access and mitigate illegal dumping on the property. <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> A routine quarterly inspection was conducted on the 11/18/25 and the following was <br /> observed: <br /> Observations for APN 19812009 (Tesla Global Parts Distribution Center) - 17100 Murphy <br /> Parkway <br /> 1. Exposed glass was observed along the entirety of the western property boundary within the <br /> grass, near the bases of trees, adjacent to the metal fence, in the northwestern corner and <br /> along the northern fence line. Cover all exposed waste with clean soil. <br /> 2. Soil gas monitoring wells were observed (SGMW1 and SGWM2). SGWM2 has the <br /> concrete base broken in half. Make the necessary repairs to the concrete base of the well. <br /> Observations for APN 19812016 (Pilkington North America) - 500 E. Louise Ave. <br /> 1. Recent heavy rain events led some areas of ponding were observed on site. Cover <br /> surfaces to promote lateral runoff of precipitation and prevent ponding. <br /> 2. In the southwestern corner of the parcel there some low green vegetation. Among this low <br /> vegetation there was various pieces of concrete that were on top of the cover. Remove all <br /> waste that is sitting on top of the cover and take to an appropriate disposal facility. <br /> 3. Along the roadway there were various areas of exposed glass observed. Cover all exposed <br /> waste with clean soil. <br /> 4.
