Closed Disposal Site Inspection Report (188) <br /> Pilkington North America, Inc. (39-CR-0022) <br /> 11/18/2025 <br /> not secured. <br /> 5. Concrete pieces and other concrete pieces that had glass in it was observed in the <br /> roadway and southern fence line. Cover all exposed with clean soil. <br /> 6. Exposed asphalt observed in the roadway. Cover all exposed waste with clean soil. <br /> Observations for APN 19812005 - 17200 Murphy Parkway <br /> 1. Exposed glass and concrete pieces were observed all over the property. Cover all exposed <br /> waste with clean soil. <br /> 2. Animal burrow holes observed throughout the parcel. Repair all burrows with clean soil. <br /> 3. Recent heavy rain led to ponding observed within concrete foundation remnants on the <br /> property. No ponding was observed directly on the soil cover of the property. <br /> 4. Ground monitoring wells were observed on the southern half of the parcel (MW-2, MW-3, <br /> MW-4). All wells look to be in good condition. <br /> 5. Warning signs were observed on the property. No trespassing signs observed on the <br /> property. Once sign on this parcel was observed on the ground and not posted. <br /> 6. Large rocks were observed within the vegetation of the property. <br /> 7. Vegetation towards the northern portion of the property in between the old powerplant <br /> foundation and the northern property boundary was at a medium length of about 1-2 ft and is <br /> a low risk of fire hazard as vegetation was green and relatively short. Consisted of mostly <br /> green grass and trees. Vegetation on the rest of the property south of this area was low and <br /> does not pose a fire hazard. <br /> All Parcels - <br /> 1. If the property owners or potential buyers are planning any Post Closure Land Uses <br /> (PCLUs) for the site, see title 27 California Code of Regulations Section 21190 for PCLU <br /> requirements including the PCLU Plan.
