Litter observed on this parcel. Observed litter including a tire, clothes scattered <br /> throughout property, makeshift shelter had articles of clothing, plastic bags, cardboard, <br /> and other trash. Southern end of the powerplant had remnants of a small fire pit. <br /> Ashes, burned objects, and shopping cart with a melted bottom was observed. <br /> Corrective action: <br /> 1. Remove all litter from the site and take to an appropriate disposal facility. <br /> 27 CCR 20750 - Site Maintenance <br /> Area of Concern - APN 19812005 - 17200 Murphy Pkwy. Lathrop, CA 95330 <br /> Observations: <br /> 1. Vegetation for this property was very overgrown and dry. The vegetation is now a <br /> possible fire hazard. <br /> 2. Sand pile that was dumped on the property is still observed in the northern area of <br /> the property. <br /> 3. Exposed glass observed on the southern portion of the parcel. <br /> Corrective Action: <br /> 1. Maintain the vegetation to a minimum to prevent fire hazards. <br /> 2. Remove the sandy material from the property as unauthorized dumping on the <br /> property is prohibited. <br /> 3.
