Closed Disposal Site Inspection Report (188) <br /> Pilkington North America, Inc. (39-CR-0022) <br /> 3/26/2026 <br /> Observations: <br /> 1. At the northern end of the parcel there was evidence of illegal dumping. Sand pile is <br /> still observed on site. Unauthorized access and dumping on the site is prohibited. <br /> 2. Northwestern corner of the powerplant, there was evidence that unauthorized <br /> access had occurred on site with evidence being trash and rubbish being on site, <br /> clothes were observed, metal 55 gallon drum that was on site during the previous <br /> inspection was no longer on site. <br /> 3. Southern end of the powerplant area, the same small pile that was observed during <br /> the previous inspection was still on site. Shopping cart was also observed. Appears to <br /> be evidence of a fire that someone had intentionally ignited. Ashes were in a fire pit like <br /> configuration. <br /> Corrective Action: <br /> 1. Due to the illegal dumping and littering, it is necessary to improve site security of the <br /> property to prevent unauthorized access and mitigate illegal dumping on the property. <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> A routine quarterly inspection was conducted on 3/26/26, and the following was observed. <br /> Notes: <br /> Observations for APN 19812009 (Tesla Global Parts Distribution Center) - 17100 Murphy <br /> Pkwy <br /> 1. Exposed glass was observed along the entirety along the entirety of the western property <br /> boundary, within the grass, near bases of trees, adjacent to the metal fence, in the <br /> northwestern corner and the northern fence line. Cover exposed glass with clean soil. <br /> 2. Soil gas monitoring wells were observed on site. SGMW2 has the concrete base broken in <br /> half. Make the necessary repairs to the soil gas monitoring well. <br /> 3. Vegetation was low on site. Keep vegetation low to prevent any fire hazards. <br /> 4. Site security was in good condition. <br /> Observations for APN 19812016 (Pilkington North America) - 500 E. Louise Ave. <br /> 1. Broken pieces of exposed glass was observed on site. Cover all exposed glass with clean <br /> CalRecycle Solid Waste Information System (SWIS) Page 3 of 4 <br /> Date Generated: April 20, 2026 1.02 PM <br />
