Remove the concrete pieces and take to <br /> an approved disposal facility. <br /> 4. Railroad ties were observed on site being stored near the railroad. Broken railroad ties also <br /> observed on site. <br /> 5. Vegetation was low on site. <br /> 6. Site security was in good condition. <br /> Observations for APN 19812005 - 17200 Murphy Pkwy. <br /> 1. Meeting with Michael Clegg, Natalia Subbotnikova, and Garrett Backus on this parcel to <br /> discuss site history and current status of the site. Discussed Areas of Concern for site security <br /> and site maintenance due to illegal dumping, unauthorized access to property, tall vegetation, <br /> littering, and exposed glass on the property. <br /> Pertaining to all parcels: <br /> 1. If the property owners or potential buyers are planning any Post Closure Land Uses <br /> (PCLUs) for the site, see title 27 California Code of Regulations Section 21190 for PCLU <br /> requirements including the PCLU Plan. The Plan shall be submitted to the Local Enforcement <br /> Agency (San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department), the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB), local air district and local land use agency for <br /> review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre-construction activities. <br /> 2. An owner or operator of a disposal site who plans to sell, transfer or convey the ownership <br /> of operation of the disposal site to a new owner or operator shall notify the Local Enforcement <br /> Agency (San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department) and CalRecycle 45 days <br /> prior to the anticipated transfer of title. This notification shall include the name(s), address(es) <br /> and phone number(s) of the new owner or operator.
