The proposed <br /> changes for the Report of Composting Site Information (RCSI) and the Transfer Processing Report (TPR) <br /> amendments were accepted as complete on August 20, 2014. The LEA is certified by the State of <br /> California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) to enforce state laws and <br /> regulations at solid waste sites within the County of San Joaquin, including all transfer stations and <br /> composting sites. <br />
