The LMP states that "Litter iscollected asfar north asthe <br />intersection of Austin Road and Arch Road, and as far south as French Camp Road and Austin Road on a daily <br />basis." Please find attached a letter that Forward Inc. sent to the haulers that use the site requiring that loads <br />coming into the site be covered prior to arriving and while exiting the facility. <br />Lastly, the Transfer Station is a recycling facility. All of the waste materials received at the site do not stay at the <br />site. Most ofthe materials are processed and returned tmthe market inform ofcompost, recycled glass, paper <br />and plastic.
