There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened <br /> greenwaste received. <br /> 2. All records were available for review. <br /> 3. The temperature and turning records were reviewed and were found to be filled out correctly. <br /> 4. The fly population was non-existant. <br /> 5. The analysis results for the metal concentration, fecal coliform density, and Salmonella density <br /> of the compost product was available for review. The compost product met the state standards. <br /> 6. The temperature of the greenwaste pile and ground material was 95 F and 118 F respectively. <br /> The temperature range of the windrows and overs was 127 F to 144 F and 82 F to 157 F <br /> respectively. The temperature of the pre-screened product and the screened product was <br /> 133 F and 113 F respectively. <br /> 7. Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and found no objectionable odors <br /> resulting from the composting operation. <br />
