The fly population and odors was light. <br /> 2. All records were available for review. <br /> 3. There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened <br /> greenwaste received. <br /> 4. The temperature and turning records were reviewed and were found to be filled out correctly. <br /> 5. The temperature of the greenwaste and overs was 106 F and 92 F respectively. The <br /> temperature range of the ground material and windrows was 69 F to 152 F and 127 F to 146 F <br /> respectively. The temperature range of the pre-screened product and the screened product <br /> was 113 F to 116 F and 102 F to 116 F respectively. <br /> 6. Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and found no objectionable odors <br /> resulting from the composting operation. <br />
