Facility Number: <br /> SOLID ASTE FACILITY PERMIT 39-AA-0020 <br /> 12. Legal Description of Facility: <br /> The legal description of this facility is contained in Figures 1 —9 of the Transfer/Processing Report dated October 2003. <br /> SECTION 3 OF TOWNSHIP 1S,RANGE 7E,MOUNT DIABLO BASELINE AND MERIDIAN,APN:201-060-03. <br /> 13. Findings: <br /> a. This permit is consistent with the San Joaquin County Integrated Waste Management Plan,which was approved by the CIWMB <br /> on March 29, 1995. The facility is identified and described in Non Disposal Facility Element,pursuant to Public Resources Code <br /> (PRC),Section 50001(a). <br /> b. This permit is consistent with the standards adopted by the California Integrated'Waste Management Board(CIWMB),pursuant <br /> to PRC 44010. <br /> c. The design and operation of the facility is consistent with the State Minimum Standards for Transfer and Processing of solid waste <br /> as determined by the local enforcement agency(LEA),pursuant to PRC 44009. <br /> d. The Manteca—Lathrop Fire Department has determined that the facility is in conformance with applicable fire standards, <br /> pursuant to PRC,Section 44151. <br /> e. An Environmental Impact Report was filed with the State Clearinghouse(SCH=2001052081)and certified by the SJC Planning <br /> Commission on February 6,2003 . The Environmental Impact Report describes and supports the design and operation,which will <br /> be authorized by the issuance of this permit. A Notice of Determination was filed with the State Clearinghouse on 4/14/03. <br /> 14. Prohibitions: Transfer Station—The permittee is prohibited from <br /> Composting Site—The permittee is prohibited from accepting hazardous wastes,medical wastes,dead <br /> accepting any hazardous wastes,medical wastes, animals, and cannery wastes unless such waste is <br /> cannery waste,and dead animals unless such waste is specifically listed below: <br /> specifically listed below: . Agricultural <br /> • Tires • Construction/demolition <br /> • Sewage sludge . Industrial <br /> • Non-hazardous liquids/slurries <br /> • Mixed municipal <br /> • Agricultural yard wastes . Wood&mill wastes <br /> • Non-hazardous solid or inert ashes <br /> • Non-hazardous liquids/slurries <br /> • Designated waste ashes . Food wastes <br /> • Food wastes .
