• The facility received a surge of green waste in late March and April coinciding with the <br /> state stay at home order. Daily tonnage is attached to this letter report. <br /> 17210.5(b)(2) The jurisdiction of origin for the disaster debris received at the facility <br /> • Green waste from the city of Ripon was directed hauled to CVC after COVID-19 related <br /> closures of other facilities. Tonnage received from curbside collection programs serving <br /> the Cities of Stockton, Pleasanton and Manteca increased during the stay at home order. <br /> 17210.5(b)(3) The increase in tonnage or volume of waste received per day during the period of <br /> the activated waiver; <br /> • On March 18, 2020 the state-wide stay at home order was implemented. On May 8, 2020 <br /> San Joaquin County began to lift stay at home order restrictions.
