On July 03, 2024 <br /> Matthew Won of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)performed a CP22- <br /> LIST FULL Compliance Review inspection at the above referenced site. <br /> An inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into <br /> compliance. This information was required to be submitted 30 days after receiving the inspection <br /> report. This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. <br /> The outstanding violations are itemized on the following pages and may include violations from past <br /> inspections.
