The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br /> addressed forAHMEDS SONS INC as of August 26, 2024. <br /> Open violations since July 03, 2024 inspection <br /> Violation#9-2030002-Leak detection equipment tested by qualified service technician every 12 months <br /> (TCR 9d). <br /> OBSERVATION: The annual monitoring system certification and leak detector testing were last performed on <br /> 4/11/2023 and were due by May 2024. Testing has not been completed for the 87, 91, and Diesel annular sensors and <br /> is 3 months past due. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: These tests are required once every 12 months. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately schedule these tests and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD.
