COMPLAINANT STATES THEY BEGAN TO FEEL ILL WITHIN 30 MINS OF EATING WITH <br /> SYMPTOMS OF CRAMPING, LOW GRADE FEVER, HEADACHE,VOMITING,AND HEADACHE. COMPLAINANT <br /> STATES SYMPTOMS LASTED UNTIL 04/09/2024 IN THE AFTERNOON HOWEVER THEY STILL HAVE NO APPETITE <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br /> OBSERVATIONS:3 D reach in cooler/under prep table, prep line, has temp at 45F(defrost). Provide 41 F or below today. <br /> Cooked beans, held in the walk in cooler, stored in moderate size plastic containers, prepared yesterday night, has temp <br /> varying between 54F and 64F. Provide 41 F or below to potentially hazardous food today. <br /> I observe operator voluntarily discarding the spoiled food. New batch will be prepared. <br /> Operator coached his employee on the appropriate cooling method. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F. Provide accurate thermometer in 1 week. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer suitable for measuring temperature of food shall be <br /> available to the food handler.
