Reduce the temperature of this unit to 41 F or below. Correct today. <br /> Upon arrival, the right door of the unit was off the track and there was a large gap causing cold air to escape.The door was <br /> replaced to proper position. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F.
