There are no existing easements for access utilities . The design of the subdivision will not <br /> conflict with easements acquired by the public at large for access through or use of the <br /> property within the proposed subdivision because , if it is found that alternate easements <br /> for access or for use are necessary , these will be substantially equivalent to ones previously <br /> acquired by the public . <br /> 6 . Water and wastewater disposal services will be available and sufficient to serve a proposed <br /> subdivision .
