Repair sink so that it is in good working order with warm (minimum of 100 F)and cold water. Correct today. CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances. Toilet facilities shall be provided for patrons:in establishments with more than 20,000 sq ft. establishments offering on-site liquor consumption. Maintain the SB-180 sign posted in public view at all times. Correct today. (REPEAT) Hand-washing signs that notify food employees to wash their hands were not posted in the men's restroom designated for food employees. Maintain hand-washing signs posted in the food employee-designated restrooms at all times. Correct within three days.
