The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for G & G INC as of June 18, 2024. <br /> Open violations from March 27, 2024 inspection <br /> Violation#4-Failed to electronically submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification page. <br /> OBSERVATION: The Business Owner/Operator Identification form and Activities form was not submitted or <br /> complete. The Activities page does not have the Aboveground Petroleum Storage section marked as a yes and the <br /> Hazardous Waste section was left as a no, even though hazardous waste is generated at the site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#5-Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site. <br /> OBSERVATION: Three estimated 12,000 gallon tanks of diesel and four 25 pound tanks of CO2, an about 100 <br /> gallon tank of mixed car wash chemicals, and one about 50 pound tank of CO2 were found on site that have not <br /> been reported to CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
