The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for G & G INC as of June 18, 2024. <br /> Open violations from March 27, 2024 inspection <br /> Violation#6-Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION:A site map was not completed and submitted as part of the business plan. The site map is missing <br /> the car wash,the Above Ground Storage tanks,the loading areas, and the location of the CO2 tanks.Additionally all <br /> hazardous material handling and loading areas need to be marked. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br /> evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br /> present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map <br /> requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#7-Failed to electronically submit an adequate ER procedures for a release or threatened release. <br /> OBSERVATION: The emergency response(ER)procedures were lacking or inadequate. Missing phone number of <br /> the local reporting agency, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(209)468-3420. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a <br /> release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to,the following: <br /> -immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> -procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> -evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the site <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
