Location and Activities
The Facility is located at 11396 North 99 Frontage Road in a primarily industrial area of
Lodi, California. The Facility is comprised of approximately 18.87 acres of land and is
bordered on the north and east by developed commercial or agricultural property, the
south by Morse Road and on the west by California State Highway 99.
T&T Trucking is a licensed freight shipping and truck company which transports non-
hazardous dry bulk commodities for clientele within the Western United States, including
California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Utah. The Facility provides wash,
diesel fueling, lube and maintenance service for its fleet of tractor trailer vehicles. Storage
of tractors, trailers and miscellaneous vehicles is also provided at the Facility.
3.5.2. Facility Operating Structures and Areas
The Facility includes: a tire and service shop, an office, a main shop, a truck wash and
shop building, a weld shop, an additional shop, a fuel island, a berm fuel storage area,
storage and supply container area, water recycling tanks, oil/water separator, and various
areas for parking of trailers, trucks, and employees. Surface runoff from the fuel island
loading/unloading area, numerous paved surface areas, and the truck wash rack is
diverted to a 5,000-gallon oil and water separator. The north portion of the property is
used as an orchard. Petroleum products are stored in the AST area south of the fuel
island and within numerous buildings.
Facility parking for hauling trucks and trailers and employee or visitor vehicles are
designated by Facility Management. Fueling operations are conducted solely at the
designated loading/unloading area of the AST area south of the fuel island. Maintenance,
repair and paint operations occur solely within designated Facility buildings.
Approximately 80 percent of the Facility's ground surface area is paved with concrete or
asphalt or has structure roof cover. The remainder consists of compacted gravel, grass
and low-lying vegetation.
The Facility location map is included as Figure 1. Site diagrams including the location of
oil containers, building locations, oil changing bays and critical spill control structures are
depicted in Figures 2 through 4. As required under 40 CFR 112.7(a)(3), the Facility
diagram indicates the location and content of ASTs, transfer stations and connecting
piping, where appropriate.
