Location and Activities <br /> The Facility is located at 11396 North 99 Frontage Road in a primarily industrial area of <br /> Lodi, California. The Facility is comprised of approximately 18.87 acres of land and is <br /> bordered on the north and east by developed commercial or agricultural property, the <br /> south by Morse Road and on the west by California State Highway 99. <br /> T&T Trucking is a licensed freight shipping and truck company which transports non- <br /> hazardous dry bulk commodities for clientele within the Western United States, including <br /> California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Utah. The Facility provides wash, <br /> diesel fueling, lube and maintenance service for its fleet of tractor trailer vehicles. Storage <br /> of tractors, trailers and miscellaneous vehicles is also provided at the Facility. <br /> 3.5.2. Facility Operating Structures and Areas <br /> The Facility includes: a tire and service shop, an office, a main shop, a truck wash and <br /> shop building, a weld shop, an additional shop, a fuel island, a berm fuel storage area, <br /> storage and supply container area, water recycling tanks, oil/water separator, and various <br /> areas for parking of trailers, trucks, and employees. Surface runoff from the fuel island <br /> loading/unloading area, numerous paved surface areas, and the truck wash rack is <br /> diverted to a 5,000-gallon oil and water separator. The north portion of the property is <br /> used as an orchard. Petroleum products are stored in the AST area south of the fuel <br /> island and within numerous buildings. <br /> Facility parking for hauling trucks and trailers and employee or visitor vehicles are <br /> designated by Facility Management. Fueling operations are conducted solely at the <br /> designated loading/unloading area of the AST area south of the fuel island. Maintenance, <br /> repair and paint operations occur solely within designated Facility buildings. <br /> Approximately 80 percent of the Facility's ground surface area is paved with concrete or <br /> asphalt or has structure roof cover. The remainder consists of compacted gravel, grass <br /> and low-lying vegetation. <br /> The Facility location map is included as Figure 1. Site diagrams including the location of <br /> oil containers, building locations, oil changing bays and critical spill control structures are <br /> depicted in Figures 2 through 4. As required under 40 CFR 112.7(a)(3), the Facility <br /> diagram indicates the location and content of ASTs, transfer stations and connecting <br /> piping, where appropriate. <br />
