PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER CERTIFICATION - 40 CFR 112.3(d) <br /> The technical PE certification is provided on the page located prior to the table of contents <br /> of this Plan. The PE is familiar with the requirements of Part 112 of Title 40 of the Code <br /> of Federal Regulations [40 CFR part 112] and has visited and examined the Facility or <br /> has supervised examination of the Facility by appropriately qualified personnel. The <br /> certifying PE attests that this Plan has been prepared in accordance with good <br /> engineering practices, including consideration of applicable industry standards and the <br /> requirements of 40 CFR part 112; that procedures for required inspections and testing <br /> have been established; and that this Plan is adequate for the Facility [40 CFR 112.3(d)]. <br /> The PE certification in no way relieves the owner or operator of the Facility of his/her duty <br /> to prepare and fully implement this Plan in accordance with the requirements of 40 CFR <br /> part 112. This Plan is valid only to the extent that the Facility owner or operator maintains, <br /> tests, and inspects equipment, containment, and other devices as prescribed in this Plan. <br /> 3.3. PLAN AVAILABILITY - 40 CFR 112.3(e) <br /> A complete copy of this Plan is maintained at the Facilities main office. The main office is <br /> attended whenever the Facility is operating. Operating hours include Monday through <br /> Friday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Saturday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Sunday from <br /> 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A skeleton crew of Facility personnel are available on-site during <br /> non-operating hours. <br /> 3.4. CROSS-REFERENCE WITH SPCC PROVISIONS (40 CFR 112.7) <br /> This Plan does not follow the exact order presented in 40 CFR part 112. Section headings <br /> identify, where appropriate, the relevant section(s) of the SPCC rule.
