A dOAQU1N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> CP22 - UST FULL Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> NASHIR EL DORADO INC 713 N EL DORADO ST, STOCKTON May 30, 2024 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is <br /> submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 85 CA Code of Regulations 2631(a); HSC 25290.1(c)2060027-Tank system primary containment is constructed, <br /> operated, and maintained product-tight.. <br /> OBSERVATION:There was fuel staining on the frame of the UDC and dripping coming from the piping into the under <br /> dispenser containment, indicating a leak in the primary containment. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All primary containment for the UST system must be product tight. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately have a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the <br /> failed component(s), under permit and inspection of the EHD if necessary. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Note: Violation 13 was added to the report from the initial checklist provided to the facility. <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was <br /> finished on 06/20/2024 and replaces the initial checklist. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to <br /> Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or <br /> will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection <br /> report. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign.
