The most recent permit on site <br /> was dated 2023. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the UST operating permit and all attachments and conditions shall be retained at <br /> the facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the 2024 permit and retain it on site. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 68 CA Code of Regulations 2712(i), 2634(e)2030046-A current UST Response Plan has been submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the response plan was not available for inspection.The name of the business on <br /> the response plan is not up to date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of this plan shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 69 CA Code of Regulations 2712(i)2030033-A current UST monitoring plan has been submitted and is readily <br /> accessible at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection.The plan lists the PLLD <br /> as the Veeder Root 859080-001 for the 87, 91 and diesel tanks; the observed PLLD was the Veeder Root 848480-001 <br /> for the 87, 91 and diesel tanks. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 77 CA Code of Regulations 2712(f)2030073- Facility has corrected cited violations within 30 days of receiving report. <br /> OBSERVATION:An inspection was last done on 05/30/2023 and an inspection report was issued identifying <br /> information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by <br /> 06/29/2023 .
