Forward Compost Facility Stormwater Improvements <br />02771 1 GEOTEXTILES <br />SECTION 02771 GEOTEXTILES PART 1 GENERAL 1.1 WORK INCLUDED A. This section covers the Work necessary to furnish and install nonwoven geotextiles for enveloping the Coarse Gravel surrounding the pan lysimeter pipe and to form the gravel logs used for ballast in the compost facility retention basin, complete. It is the responsibility of the GEOSYNTHETICS CONTRACTOR to procure and deliver the material to the site and to ensure that all submittals are adequate and approved. The EARTHWORK CONTRACTOR shall unload and store the geotextile if the GEOSYNTHETICS CONTRACTOR is not onsite. The GEOSYNTHETICS CONTRACTOR shall install the geotextile in coordination with the EARTHWORK CONTRACTOR. <br />B. This Work includes furnishing all labor, supervision, tools, construction equipment, and materials necessary to install the geotextiles described by these Specifications and Construction Drawings. 1.2 REFERENCES A.
