<br />included the preparation of all construction cost estimates and schedules, QA/QC management for
<br />analytical and construction, assignment of personnel, selection of specialty subcontractors and preparation
<br />of associated work plans including required quality control and health and safety plans. Profit and Loss
<br />accountability. US Army Corp of Engineers Contractor of the Year Award.

<br />Managed over $100 million in projects including emergency response, oil well fire closure, civil works,
<br />utilities, water and wastewater treatment, impoundment closure, landfill construction, environmental
<br />remediation and engineering design/build support. Developed and implemented proprietary soil
<br />scrubbing technology. Duties included the preparation of all construction cost estimates and schedules,
