All materials shall meet specifications whether from samples taken from borrow sources or materials placed in the field. Materials for which borrow source samples meet Specification requirements but field samples taken do not, shall be rejected, removed and replaced at the EARTHWORK CONTRACTOR's sole expense. 5. Table 02300-1 summarizes control testing frequencies required for each imported component. Install and maintain shoring, sheeting, bracing, and sloping necessary to support <br />the sides of excavations, to keep and to prevent any movement that may damage <br />adjacent facilities, or endanger life and health. Install and maintain shoring, <br />sheeting, bracing, and sloping as required by OSHA and other applicable <br />governmental regulations and agencies. <br /> <br />1.8 EXCAVATION SAFETY <br />
