Leslie's Water Analysis: Water Analysis Report Page 2 of 3
` Care must also beE taken with plaster, fiberglass, acrylic or any other typeE of pool that is one piece or solid. If the
water table or ground water is high or significant in your area it is possible that if you empty your pool it will float on
the water underneath it.A pool without water is like a boat in that it will float if there is enough water under it.
Also,in hot desert climates,a plaster pool without water can quickly crack, therefore, draining during summer
months is not recommended in desert regions.
SINCE LOWERING THE CYANURIC ACID LEVEL BY DILUTION WILL AFFECT ALL PARAMETERS,DILUTION
RECOMMENDATION(S)MUST BE PERFORMED BEFORE ANY OTHER ADJUSTMENTS.
PHOSFree Instructions
IMPORTANT!WAIT AT LEAST 72 HOURS AFTER LESLIE'S CONDITIONER(CYANURIC ACID)HAS BEEN
ADDED BEFORE ADDING NO PHOSFREE.
PHOSfree can rapidly increase filter pressure in filtration systems using cellulose fiber.Check filter pressure
frequently.
To reduce the phosphate level, thoroughly clean or backwash the filter.Shake the product well.Add 14 qt of
PHOSFree directly to the skimmer with the pump running.Follow the product label directions.Run the pump
continuously for 48 hours.
1.Add no more than 1 Liter(33.8 fl oz)of the PHOSFree slowly to the skimmer at a time.(Add the product all at
one time.)If the amount needed to reach your total PhosFree requirement is less than one liter(33.8 fl oz),only
add the required amount. The filter pressure may start rising.Allow to circulate for an hour, keeping an eye on the
filter pressure.(See#3 below.)
Do not allow the filter pressure to exceed 10-12 pounds over the normal starting pressure.
2.Add another 1 Liter(33.8 fl oz)of the PHOSFree slowly to the skimmer(if needed).Allow to circulate for an hour,
keeping an eye on the filter pressure.(See#3 below.)
Continue this step until the required dose is added and/or until the filter pressure reaches 10 pounds above the
Pho normal starting pressure.
3.The product should remain on the filter media for 48 hours of filter run time with the pump running 48 hours
continually(recommended)OR the pump running 6 days for 8 hours per day OR pump running 8 days for 6 hours
per day.
Filter Pressure Relief:If your filter pressure exceeds 10-12 pounds over normal pressure, follow these steps to
prevent equipment damage.
Sand filters:If the pressure rises 12 pounds over the starting pressure or reaches the maximum pounds per square
inch(psi)recommended for your filter, backwash for 5-10 seconds to remove some(but not all of the product)and
turn your filtration system back on.
D.E.filters:
a.Use the bump feature or
b.Turn off the pump for 1 minute and restart or
c.Tum off the pump and place the backwash valve on"Rinse","Backwash",or"Filter to Waste'.Run the pump for
5 to 10 seconds.Turn the pump off for 1 minute and restart.
Cartridge filters:Clean the filter if necessary.
4.After running the pump continually for 48 hours, have the phosphate level of your water tested. If the phosphate
level is still high repeat the previous steps. If the level is 100 parts per billion(ppb)or less, start the weekly
maintenance program with Perfect Weekly, following the label directions.
Next Water Test Appointment:07/22/2019
*Ranges listed are
Accepted Industry IMPORTANT:Read And Follow Product Label Directions.
Ranges.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER
The information contained in this water test analysis is provided solely as a courtesy by Leslie's to its customers.Leslie's makes every effort to provide
accurate recommendations based upon current ANSI/APSP standards 2009,but codes and regulations change, and Leslie's assumes no liability for any
omissions or errors in this analysis or the outcome of any project.Customer must always exercise reasonable caution, carefully read the label on all
products, follow all product directions, follow any current codes and regulations that may apply, and consult with a licensed professional if in doubt about
any procedures.Leslie's assumes no legal responsibility for Customer's reliance or interpretation of the data contained herein and makes no
representations or warranties of any kind concerning the quality, safety or suitability of the information, whether express or implied, including, without
limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
http://watertestx/water/analysis.dll?lwa4:PrintReport:901689684.9194:18012223 7/8/2019
