The season extends from Summer 2022 when cannery wastes <br />are first applied to Spring 2023 when the crops planted to remove nitrogen are harvested. <br /> <br />LAND APPLICATION AREA INSPECTIONS <br /> <br />On a daily basis, Forward reviewed the following items: <br /> <br />• Evidence of erosion, <br />• Berm condition, <br />• Soil saturation, <br />• Ponding, <br />• Potential runoff to off-site areas, <br />• Potential discharge to surface water, <br />• Actual discharge to surface water, <br />• Accumulation of organic solids, <br />• Soil clogging, <br />• Odors that have the potential to be objectionable at or beyond the property boundary, <br />and vectors <br /> <br />Temperature, wind speed and direction, and other relevant weather data and field conditions <br />were also recorded. No valves are required as part of the land application operation. <br />Observations requiring corrective action as well as corrective action taken were documented on <br />the field logs, as necessary. Field logs are available onsite for review. <br /> <br />In addition, Forward documented on a daily basis that: <br /> <br />• The ground surface was prepared prior to application,
