You are now operating a food facility without a valid <br />Environmental Health Permit and your facility is subject to closure. (Section 114387) <br />California Retail Food Code (Cal Code). <br />You should pay all necessary permit fees and penalties within forty-eight (48) hours of <br />receiving this notice to avoid closure of your facility. Payment shall be in cash, <br />money order, or cashiers check.
