The vents should be 10-12 feet above BGS to allow for <br />mixing prior to reaching the breathing zone. <br />2. What will be used to cover the top of the vent pipe to <br />prevent rain from filling the trench. <br />3. A site health safety plan needs to be submitted prior to <br />excavation. <br />4. The trench needs to barricaded to prevent any traffic. <br />5. The site should be posted for contact information <br />regarding odors and or for information regarding the property. <br />Jay we are still reviewing the plan and may have additional comments.
