Always ensure that equipment operator acknowledges pedestrian's presence <br /> 3. Combustible gas monitor prior to approaching. <br /> 4. Exclusion zone demarcation 3. Do not drive rig in areas where it has a potential to roll. <br /> equipment 4. Utility clearance must be confirmed before any drilling begins. <br /> 5. Hand tools for sealant mixing 5. Set drill rig upwind where possible; perform air monitoring for organic vapors <br /> 6. Generator (as needed) and combustible gases. <br /> 6. Monitor work for good housekeeping practices. <br /> 7. Drill rig must be equipped with an emergency shut-off switch. <br /> 8. Stay clear of moving equipment. Secure loose long hair, frayed or torn clothing. <br /> Jewelry is prohibited. <br /> 9.
