Two small areas on the northwest slope was excavated. In February, the operator <br />stated that they were making changes to the collection system. The project started but <br />was placed on hold. This is a repeat violation. <br />(a) Covered surfaces of the disposal area shall be graded to promote lateral runoff of <br />precipitation and to prevent ponding.
