2. Multiple burrow holes were observed throughout the facility. Excessive burrows were <br />observed at the southern and eastern slopes. Make the necessary repairs to the <br />burrow holes and take measures to prevent further burrowing. This is a repeat <br />violation. <br />A re-inspection will be conducted in 30 days. Failure to correct the violations can result <br />in further enforcement action. <br />Areas of Concern <br />27 CCR 20750 - Site Maintenance <br />Observed an accumulation of litter in the concrete drainage ditch located at the north <br />side of the property. <br />Remove and properly dispose of all solid waste. <br /> <br />Inspection Report Comments <br />1. The LFG flare was not operating at time of inspection. <br />2. Perimeter fence is secure. Access gate is in good condition and locked. <br />3. No erosion was observed. <br />4. Roads maintained and accessible. <br />5. Multiple ground squirrels were observed at the site. Bait stations were also observed <br />throughout the facility. <br />6. The GW-5 landfill gas perimeter well was tested during the inspection: <br />shallow CH4 = 0.0%, CO2 = 2.0%, O2 = 18.7%, Balance = 79.3% <br />mid CH4 = 0.0%, CO2 = 1.9%, O2 = 18.7%, Balance = 79.4% <br />deep CH4 = 0.0%, CO2 = 1.5%, O2 = 19.1%, Balance = 79.4% <br /> <br />7.
